Login Permissions

A user needs to be a supervisor of at least one team to be able to access the RingDNA Live dashboard. A user who does not have permission will see the following error.

To add a user to a team:

• Go to Admin Console -> Teams -> Manage
• Search for a team by name
• Go to the Team Details Page
• Click on “+” under the Members section
• Search for the user you want to add to a team
• Check the Add checkbox, then click Add

To make a user a supervisor for a team:

• Go to Admin Console -> Teams -> Manage
• Search for a team by name
• Go to the Team Details Page
• Click on “+” under the Supervisors section
• Search for the user you want to make a supervisor
• Check the Add checkbox, then click Add
