Using in-person meetings in the mobile app

The Meetings tab lets you record, review, and manage in-person conversations while capturing insights and tying them to Salesforce.

Meetings tab

In the Meetings tab you can:

  • Start a new in-person meeting recording.
  • See previously recorded meetings.
  • Open and review past meetings.

Starting a new meeting

  1. Go to the Meetings tab.
  2. Select the option to start a new meeting at the top of the screen.
  3. Begin recording.

When recording starts, audio is captured on your device. Speaker diarization separates speakers so you can see who spoke when. By default, speakers appear as generic labels (for example, Speaker 1, Speaker 2, and so on).

Manage a live meeting

During an active meeting you can:

  • Pause / Resume — Pause transcription and resume when you are ready.
  • Stop — End the recording at any time.

These controls help you capture only the parts of the conversation you need.

Review a meeting

After a meeting ends, open it from the meetings list to review details:

  • Playback — Listen to the recording.
  • Transcript — Read the full transcript.
  • Edit subject — Update the meeting name or subject.
  • Manage speakers — View and link speakers to Salesforce records.

Speaker association

After a meeting, you can assign detected speakers to Salesforce contacts. To manage speaker assignment, select a speaker from the list above the transcript, then search and link them to a contact in Salesforce for clearer history and reporting.

Viewing in-person meetings in Conversation AI

After a meeting is recorded, you can open it in Conversation AI for analysis beyond the recording and transcript.
