Navigating the Calls tab

The Calls tab is the central place for calling-related activity in the mobile app: recent interactions, frequent contacts, searchable records, manual dialing, and voicemail.

Calls tab sections

When you open the Calls tab, you can use these sections:

• Recents — Lists your recent inbound, outbound, and missed phone calls so you can review activity and return phone calls.
• Favorites — Quick access to contacts you starred for frequent communication.
• Contacts — Search Salesforce for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and users. Opening a record shows details, fields, and actions, including favoriting the contact.
• Keypad — Enter a number manually on a numeric keypad.
• Voicemail — Lists your voicemails. Opening one lets you play the message, delete it, return the phone call, or send a message.
