Using Click to Call from Salesforce

When Click to Call is turned OFF, clicking on contacts’ phone numbers in Salesforce will launch RingDNA with details about the contact. This can provide context before calling. However, by toggling Click to Call on, you can dial any lead or contact with one click without seeing the interim screen with contact details. This can enable you to power down lead lists in Salesforce faster.

Step 1: Click on the Settings icon to bring up the Settings menu
Step 2: Click on the button next to Click to Call to toggle it from OFF to ON
Note: It should now say ON next to Click to Call
Step 3: You’ll see a RingDNA icon next to phone numbers in Salesforce. Simply click on any phone number in Salesforce to dial that lead or contact with a single click.
