Making Manual Calls in the RingDNA Communications Hub

Revenue’s RingDNA Communications Hub lets you click-to-call Leads from Salesforce. However, you can also use the keypad to dial any number manually. This is helpful in the event that you want to dial a contact that doesn’t exist in your CRM.

Step 1: Click on the keypad icon
Step 2: Enter in the number you want to dial
Step 3: Click the green Call button

Calling International Numbers

Step 1: Click on the flag icon
Step 2: Select the country you wish to call
Step 3: Type the phone number and click Call
