How to launch RingDNA with a Hotkey

Revenue can be configured so that the RingDNA Communications Hub is launched quickly and easily from any hotkey combination. Since the Dialer lives completely within Google Chrome, this can be configured through the Google Chrome settings.

Step 1: Copy and paste this URL into your address bar:

chrome://extensions/shortcuts

Step 2: Locate the RingDNA Dialer extension titled:

RingDNA Intelligent Dialer for Salesforce

Step 3: You’ll notice there are two fields where you can enter your hotkeys:

• Activate the extension: This will bring ringDNA to the foreground upon pressing your hotkey
• Answer Call: This will automatically answer any inbound call upon pressing your hotkey

Choosing a hotkey combination is completely up to you. Just make sure that you don’t use a command that will overlap with the other actions you might use (italics, bold, underline, navigating through windows, etc.)

Note: The drop-down menu next to the “Answer Call” section allows you to answer a call globally (anywhere from your computer) or only when you are clicked into Chrome.
