Managing Salesforce Tasks in RingDNA

With the Tasks tab in the RingDNA Communications Hub, reps can view and complete their open Salesforce Tasks in a single place within RingDNA. This helps reps stay on top of their Tasks for the day while saving them time from context switching between RingDNA and Salesforce.

How to manage Salesforce Tasks in RingDNA

Step	Description
Click on the “Tasks” tab in RingDNA’s navigation bar. Here, you can see a list of all of your open Salesforce Tasks.
Click on the caret icon > to view the associated record for the Task.
Check a Task checkbox to mark the Task as completed.
Click on the View All button to view all of your Salesforce Tasks in Salesforce.
