Call Custom Links
Overview
Custom call links give agents easy access to website links that they can share with prospects on a call in the dialer or assets that can help guide their conversations.
Manage Call Custom Links

| RingDNA admins can add/update call custom links by going to Admin -> RingDNA -> Call Actions -> Custom Links. Each call link must have a Label and a URL. |  |
Access Call Custom Links

| Agents can access the custom links by clicking the Links icon on the right panel of the RingDNA Dialer. |  |
