Language Support in Revenue AI

Language Support in Revenue AI

This article outlines how language support in Revenue AI and how user settings and behavior impact each experience.

Product Experiences

Ask Questions (Conversations & Opportunities)

When a user asks a question in Revenue AI (via the “Ask a Question” panel), the system detects and responds in the same language used by the user’s question.

Ask-a-Question responses are always returned in the language of the user’s input regardless of their configured transcription language or UI locale.

Coaching Feedback

Coaching Feedback is generated in the user’s configured Transcription Language across all supported call types (audio and video).

  • The selected language must be one of the officially supported languages.
  • If no translation exists, the output defaults to English and logs a fallback event.

Coaching Feedback now supports all languages listed in the Transcription Language settings, including structured tokens like “Strengths” and “Areas for Improvement”.

Opportunity Summaries

Localization is not currently supported for Opportunity Summaries. The content is displayed in English to maintain consistency across deal timelines.

Generative Scorecards

Scorecard outputs are generated using the language of the underlying criteria, not the user’s Transcription Language.

  • If criteria were authored in English, the Scorecard will be presented in English.
  • If custom criteria are written in another language, the output reflects that language only.
