Restyled Navigation in RingDNA Communications Hub
What’s New?
The main left-hand navigation bar along with the call tools bar (displayed on Lead and Contact details pages) have been restyled using modern, responsive components.
Why Was This Built?
Revenue is continually investing in improvements to the user experience in the RingDNA Communications Hub. As part of this larger effort, we have built a more modern and responsive navigation system.
How Does It Work?
When RingDNA is viewed in its default, narrow width, the left nav and righthand call tools menu are visible in their condensed/narrow view. On mouseover of these icons, a descriptive label will appear. When the width of RingDNA is expanded, the navigation icons appear in their expanded/wide view with labels visible.

BETA - Generative Follow-Up Emails
What’s New?
We have introduced Generative Follow-Up Emails into the Conversation AI Details pages to help sellers quickly respond to prospects and customers following a conversation.
Why Was This Built?
Follow-up emails provide a comprehensive conversation account and are formatted to follow best practices. The quicker sellers send a substantive follow-up, the quicker they push a deal forward to close.
How Does It Work?
Follow-up emails are already added to a user’s Gmail or Exchange draft folder following the conclusion of a conversation. In addition, follow-up emails are added to conversation records to persist what was generated and allow users to provide feedback to improve future models.
This update introduces a new sub-nav item titled “Follow-Up Email” in the Generative section of a conversation.
- Within the sub-nab, a user can now view the email follow-up that has been generated for the conversation. NOTE: If no conversation summary exists for a conversation, the section is hidden from the user.
- A user can expand the section if the follow-up email is longer than the maximum default height.
- From there, they can copy the e-mail via the text link, then paste, edit, and send the email to the intended recipients.
- Be sure to give a thumbs up or down regarding how helpful it is or not. Your feedback guides us as we continue to refine the e-mail content.
