| All recordings will now play in a single place, eliminating the need to switch between our Conversation AI and admin recording players. |
| Click on a call recording link from Salesforce or the admin console, and you’ll see the Conversation AI player appear for review. It’s a streamlined experience with a user-friendly player, relevant Salesforce info, and note-taking capabilities. |
| No Conversation AI license? No worries! Your call recordings will still link to the Conversation AI player without issues. |
