November updates raise the minimum bar for generative AI on conversations and streamline Zoom recording when auto record is enabled.
Updated conversation thresholds for AI features
Generative AI features such as scorecards, conversation summaries, follow-up emails, and coaching feedback run only when a conversation is at least 4 minutes long and includes at least 100 spoken words, so outputs focus on substantive conversations. Bypass recording prompt for Zoom meetings
When auto record is enabled, the Meeting Assistant for Zoom no longer requires an extra host approval step before recording starts, consistent with other meeting providers.
