Conversation Agents run automatically after each conversation ends, analyzing the transcript and surfacing structured insights such as next steps, objections, competitor mentions, and churn risk signals. 7 agents are available out of the box, with no prompt configuration required.
Insights appear on the conversation record, on a dedicated agent report page, and in My Profile for each agent. Extracted outputs can also be written back to Salesforce fields to trigger downstream workflows.
