Personal scorecards for agents
Agents can create personal scorecards for themselves so they can focus on self-identified improvement areas, independent of supervisor-created scorecards.

Allow recording when host is not present
A new admin setting allows a meeting to be recorded even when the host is not present, if you use the Meeting Assistant. That helps when the host cannot attend but you still want the meeting captured and available to review afterward.
Account admins can enable it in Meeting Assistant settings.
