Listen In Links

Provide critical coaching quickly with Listen In links in Supervisor Notifications

There are instances where supervisors need to know immediately when certain critical events occur on their reps’ calls. For example, if a buyer triggers an Escalation Notification, or a rep runs into a compliance issue, a supervisor can be notified in real time with our Supervisor Notifications.

In this release, we’ve added an embedded hyperlink within the Supervisor Notification so that the supervisor can directly listen in on an active call or even intervene and coach their rep through the situation. When a rep triggers a Moments™ notification, a Listen In hyperlink is displayed within the corresponding Supervisor Notification. After clicking the link, the Supervisor is immediately redirected to RingDNA Live and automatically joins the rep’s call. With a quick path to react, supervisors won’t miss a key moment.

Calendar Integration

Get Revenue insights for every booked meeting with automatic Salesforce Event creation

A crucial part of a rep’s routine duties is booking meetings with buyers, and connecting that activity to relevant records in Salesforce is essential for tracking a customer’s journey.

With our latest RingDNA update, every booked meeting using the Revenue.io Calendar booking solution will automatically be logged in Salesforce as an Event for users with a connected Google or Exchange account. Those events will be associated with existing leads or contacts, based on the email addresses used by external parties booking time on a user’s calendar.
