These updates include a refreshed admin experience, RingDNA reports in Insights, tighter scorecard visibility, richer X-Ray summaries, expanded scorecard targeting, and role-based Moments™ notifications.
New admin navigation
The admin left-hand navigation is aligned with the Revenue app for a consistent experience.
RingDNA reports moved to Insights
Reports that previously appeared in admin under RingDNA Reports are now in the Revenue app under Insights, so you can open reporting and insights in one place.

Scorecard visibility
Scorecards on conversations are visible only to the conversation host, their supervisor, admins, and support users.

X-Ray summaries
In the X-Ray report, an AI-generated summary highlights outcomes and differences between top and bottom performers.
New scorecard targeting
Additional targeting options are available for scorecards:
- Specific dispositions
- Specific events
- Specific cases
- Specific campaigns
- Specific individuals (contacts, leads, or accounts)
- Specific teams
- Individual users
- Excluding individual users
Supervisors can also create scorecards for teams they manage.
