Please take a look at each section below for an overview of each enhancement with links to related how-to and knowledge articles. Conversation Highlights What’s New? Conversation AI users can now manually clip notable segments of recorded conversations, saved to and playable from any conversation page. Why Was This Built? The goal of creating, sharing, and reviewing key moments as clips is to provide a greater level of control in sharing selections of key moments on calls with internal and external partners, as well as greatly decrease the time spent in identifying and listening to specific key moments on calls for reviewers and clip recipients.

A new Moments™ report now exists within X-Ray to provide insight into revenue generation and real-time coaching. Why Was This Built? To show the ROI of Moments™, we built this new report to show the correlation between revenue generation and the real-time coaching that is supporting each rep.

We are excited to introduce a series of new features and updates across the Revenue Platform. See each section below for an overview of each enhancement with links to related how-to and knowledge articles. X-Ray Summary Insights What’s New? We have created a new summary tab on X-Ray that highlights the top, middle, and bottom performer statistics across activities, behaviors, and coaching. Why Was This Built? We needed to provide the ability to give a Sales Manager a view into the variance of performance across their team to know where to dig deeper when reviewing performance statistics. How Does It Work? When a user selects the X-Ray tab they will now land by default on a new Summary tab. They will be able to see three reports with the top, middle, and bottom performers across each report. The top performers are the top 20% of users based on closed revenue, the bottom represent the bottom 20% and the middle being calculated by the middle 60%. Additional Features Revenue Intelligence Admins now have the ability to designate if they want to add a recording URL reference to our generative AI-based Follow-Up Emails Updated Moments™ account scenario logic to reference account fields via participants with a contact record Admin Support for Google Authentication using the new Nylas V3 API Improved “users export” file generation experience from the Users page

We are excited to announce a series of new features and updates across the Revenue Platform. See each section below for an overview of each enhancement with links to related how-to and knowledge articles. Leverage Generative Text in Salesforce What’s New? Our latest ringDNA for Salesforce package includes new fields on the conversation object to log generative Conversation Summaries, Coaching Feedback, and Follow-Up Emails to Salesforce Why Was This Built? This was built to enable our customers to leverage native salesforce reporting to quickly view generative summaries, follow up emails, and coaching feedback. In addition this unlocks our customers ability to leverage this text to drive their own custom workflows and generative models. How Does It Work? For customers who have Generative features enabled for their account they will have to install version 1.103 of our ringDNA for Salesforce package. This package will include three new rich text fields that will capture the respective generative output. When a conversation record contains any one of the generative outputs they are logged to the corresponding fields in Salesforce on the conversation object. Please reach out to our support team to determining if you are able to upgrade directly to the latest version of the ringDNA for Salesforce package.

We are excited to announce a series of new features and updates across the Revenue Platform. See each section below for an overview of each enhancement with links to related how-to and knowledge articles. Revenue Application We have removed our legacy admin recording player as all conversations can now be played in the Revenue app. This ensures the best playback experience for all conversations possible. For customers who have Generative AI Follow-up emails enabled, we have updated the formatting of Follow-up Emails to include proper spacing We moved the activity, coaching, and behaviors X-Ray Reports to a sub-navigation to allow for more results to be visible at a time. This ensures that large teams can see the performance of all of their team members easily. The default date range for X-Ray reports has been set to 90 Days. Updated recording behavior to only start recording when a host who has a Revenue license joins a conversation ringDNA Communication Hub Available agents are prioritized at the top of search results in the “Transfer Call” window. This ensures that reps transfer calls to those who are available, to reduce dead-ends for callers. Revenue Admin Under the RingDNA product grouping, we have introduced a new “Call Routing” page where the management layers for Call Flows, Call Queues, Holiday Calendars and User Skills are now located for better ease of management. We have migrated the management of Salesforce records to an Integrations section of the Admin Console. This includes improvements to the user experience when managing Salesforce Fields. Calendar Booking To better assist users who try to access Calendar Booking without a license, we’ve updated the help text presented to them. Calendar Booking-licensed users who haven’t connected a calendar provider now see an educational image and help text to remind them to connect a required Gmail or Microsoft account.

Inroducing enhanced user experiences forviewing call recordings and Admin settings. ### Simplified Call Recording Playback All recordings will now play in a single place, eliminating the need to switch between our Conversation AI and admin recording players. Click on a call recording link from Salesforce or the admin console, and you’ll see the Conversation AI player appear for review. It’s a streamlined experience with a user-friendly player, relevant Salesforce info, and note-taking capabilities. No Conversation AI license? No worries! Your call recordings will still link to the Conversation AI player without issues. ### Intuitive Integrations Navigation Admins can find what they need faster! The Admin Console’s new “Integrations” menu helps you quickly manage all your Google, Exchange, Zoom, and Teams integrations. Navigating your account settings should be seamless and intuitive. This redesign is aimed to provide quick access and enhanced management. ### Streamlining Your Salesforce Settings Navigating the Salesforce settings within the Revenue admin has never been more intuitive, thanks to a fresh and organized redesign. This redesigned interface isn’t just about a modern look; it’s crafted to enhance your interaction with the platform. Many users reported that the previous “Coach” button placement next to the Call Tools icon led to accidental clicks. In our commitment to an optimal user experience, we’ve now repositioned the “Coach” button to the bottom/last spot in the right-hand navigation bar. Restyled Navigation in RingDNA Communications Hub What’s New? The main left-hand navigation bar along with the call tools bar (displayed on Lead and Contact details pages) have been restyled using modern, responsive components. Why Was This Built? Revenue is continually investing in improvements to the user experience in the RingDNA Communications Hub. As part of this larger effort, we have built a more modern and responsive navigation system.

Provide critical coaching quickly with Listen In links in Supervisor Notifications There are instances where supervisors need to know immediately when certain critical events occur on their reps’ calls. For example, if a buyer triggers an Escalation Notification, or a rep runs into a compliance issue, a supervisor can be notified in real time with our Supervisor Notifications. In this release, we’ve added an embedded hyperlink within the Supervisor Notification so that the supervisor can directly listen in on an active call or even intervene and coach their rep through the situation. When a rep triggers a Moments™ notification, a Listen In hyperlink is displayed within the corresponding Supervisor Notification. After clicking the link, the Supervisor is immediately redirected to RingDNA Live and automatically joins the rep’s call. With a quick path to react, supervisors won’t miss a key moment.
