Grant Moments Access to a User

Administrator

Administrators can grant users access to Moments™ by assigning them a Moments™ license in the Admin Console. This article explains how to assign a Moments™ license to a user.

Navigate to the Users Tab

  1. Log into the Admin Console
  2. Click Users in the left-hand navigation

Select the User

  1. Click on the name of the user you want to assign a Moments™ license to
  2. This will open the user’s profile page

Enable the Moments™ License

  1. On the user’s profile page, locate the Licenses section
  2. Find the Moments™ license option
  3. Toggle the license setting to On
  4. Click Save at the top right of the page
If you receive an error indicating that you need more licenses, you can request additional Moments™ licenses by navigating to Account Details > Licensing tab and clicking the Add Request button.

Bulk License Management

You can also manage Moments™ licenses for multiple users at once using the License Management feature:

Open License Management

  1. Navigate to the Users tab in the Admin Console
  2. Click License Management at the top of the page

A drawer will open showing all users in your Revenue.io account with checkboxes for their currently assigned licenses.

Add Moments™ Licenses

  1. The available licenses, including Moments™, will be displayed at the top of the screen
  2. Search for users by name, or filter the table by Salesforce Profile and Teams
  3. Check the Moments™ checkbox for each user you want to assign a license to
  4. Click Save

You will not be able to select more licenses than you have available.
