What is Offline Call Tracking?

Offline Call Tracking lets you assign a dedicated phone number, a call flow, and a Salesforce marketing campaign to phone calls driven by offline advertising such as print, radio, podcast, or television.

Offline Call Tracking attributes calls from offline campaigns to numbers and Salesforce.

For example, you can use a dedicated number on a billboard or radio spot, or multiple numbers for different offline channels. Phone calls can flow through a call flow, route to a team or person, and roll up to a Salesforce campaign.

Works well for:

  • Direct marketing such as mailers.
  • Radio, podcast, or TV ads that publish a number to call.
  • Tracking email campaigns.
