Troubleshoot: Why can't I see my meeting recordings in Teams chat anymore?

Symptom

If you’re use to sharing your call recordings immediately after ending your meetings in Teams, you may notice that your call recordings are no longer posted in your message history like the example below.

Cause

When the Revenue.io Microsoft Teams integration is enabled, your meetings are no longer processed by Microsoft. They are instead being analyzed by Revenue.io and made available in Conversation AI. You will see your meeting’s badge update in the Microsoft Teams Revenue app when the recording has finished processing.

Solution

Check the Revenue.io Teams App for your meeting recording. You should see a “View in Conversation AI” link when it has finished processing.
