Troubleshoot: Bot Is Disabled Error

Symptom

A user might encounter the following error message on previously recorded meetings in the Revenue.io Bot’s message history

Cause

Your Microsoft 365 Administrator may have accidentally disabled the application or removed your access via a policy.

Solution

Notify your Microsoft 365 Administrator and ask them to complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/
2. Click Teams Apps > Manage Apps > Search for Revenue
3. Select the Revenue app and click “Allow”
