Who can manage Sequences?
Your level of access depends on your Salesforce Permission Set and Revenue.io licence. See Guided Selling permission sets for more details.
Sequence Agent
Users with a Guided Selling licence and Sequence Agent permission set can open any sequence to see its configuration, metrics, and actions.
Sequence Admin
Users with the Sequence Admin permission set can do everything a Sequence Agent can, plus:
- Edit sequences: Change name, criteria, actions, and settings
- Clone sequences: Create a copy of a sequence’s configuration (participants are not copied)
- Delete sequences: Permanently remove a sequence and disassociate all participants
