You can view participants for a specific sequence directly from the sequence detail page. This provides a focused view of all participants in that sequence.

Viewing Participants from Sequence Detail

Navigate to Sequence

  1. Navigate to the Sequence tab in Guided Selling
  2. Click on the sequence name to open the sequence detail page
  3. Scroll to the Participants section or click the Participants related list

Sequence Participants View

The sequence detail page shows:

  • Total participants: Count of all participants in the sequence
  • Active participants: Participants currently in the sequence
  • Participant list: Table of all participants with key information
  • Sequence metrics: Performance metrics for the sequence

Participant Information

For each participant in the sequence, you can see:

  • Participant name and company
  • Entry date
  • Current action
  • Progress through the sequence
  • Status (active, completed, exited)

Managing Sequence Participants

From the sequence detail page, you can:

  • View participant details: Click on a participant to see full information
  • Add participants: Manually add participants to the sequence (for manual sequences)
  • Remove participants: Exit participants from the sequence
  • View sequence metrics: See performance data for all participants
  • Export participant data: Export participant lists for reporting

Sequence Metrics

The sequence detail page also displays metrics:

  • Active Participants: Current number of active participants
  • Exited Participants: Total participants who have exited
  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted
  • Average Touchpoints: Average actions completed per participant

Best Practices

  • Regularly review sequence participants to ensure they’re still qualified
  • Monitor sequence metrics to track performance
  • Use the participant list to identify participants who may need attention
  • Review exited participants to understand why they left
  • Compare participant counts with sequence limits
