You can view and analyze participants using standard Salesforce reports. This provides powerful reporting capabilities and integration with other Salesforce features.

Creating Participant Reports

Create a New Report

  1. Navigate to Reports in Salesforce
  2. Click New Report
  3. Select the report type:
    • Sequence Associations for current participants
    • Participant Sequence History for historical data
    • Participant Actions for action-level data

Configure Report

  1. Add fields to the report (participant name, sequence, status, etc.)
  2. Add filters to focus on specific sequences or participants
  3. Group and summarize data as needed
  4. Save and run the report

Report Types

Sequence Associations Report

Shows current participants in sequences:

  • Active participants
  • Sequence associations
  • Current action status
  • Entry dates

Participant Sequence History Report

Shows historical participant data:

  • Participants who have exited sequences
  • Exit reasons and dates
  • Sequence completion data
  • Attribution information

Participant Actions Report

Shows action-level data:

  • All participant actions
  • Action status (completed, pending, deferred)
  • Execution dates
  • Action types

Report Features

Salesforce reports provide:

  • Filtering: Filter by sequence, participant, date, status, and more
  • Grouping: Group data by sequence, participant, action type, etc.
  • Summaries: Calculate totals, averages, and other summaries
  • Charts: Visualize data with charts and graphs
  • Export: Export data for external analysis
  • Scheduling: Schedule reports to run automatically
