The Participants tab in Guided Selling provides a dedicated view for managing all participants across sequences. This is the primary location for viewing and managing participants.

Accessing the Participants Tab

Navigate to Participants

  1. Navigate to Guided Selling in Salesforce
  2. Click on the Participants tab
  3. You’ll see a list of all participants across all sequences

Participants Tab Features

The Participants tab provides:

  • Comprehensive participant list: View all participants across all sequences
  • Filtering options: Filter by sequence, status, action type, and more
  • Search functionality: Search for specific participants
  • Bulk operations: Perform actions on multiple participants
  • Action management: Complete, skip, reschedule actions for participants
  • Participant details: View detailed information about each participant

Viewing Participant Information

For each participant, you can see:

  • Participant name and company
  • Current sequence association
  • Action progress and status
  • Upcoming actions
  • Completed actions
  • Sequence history

Managing Participants

From the Participants tab, you can:

  • View participant details: Click on a participant to see full details
  • Complete actions: Mark actions as complete
  • Skip actions: Defer actions that aren’t relevant
  • Reschedule actions: Change the timing of actions
  • Remove participants: Exit participants from sequences
  • Create quick actions: Add one-off actions for participants

Filtering and Searching

Use the filtering options to:

  • Filter by specific sequences
  • Filter by action type
  • Filter by status (active, completed, deferred)
  • Filter by date ranges
  • Search by participant name, company, or email

Best Practices

  • Use filters to focus on specific participant groups
  • Regularly review participant status
  • Use bulk operations for efficiency
  • Monitor participant progress through sequences
  • Remove participants who no longer qualify
