Sequence Metrics

Roles:
AgentManager

The Participant Overview Module displays sequence metrics for individual participants, showing their progress and engagement with sequences.

Participant-Level Metrics

On the Lead or Contact record, the Guided Selling component shows metrics related to that participant’s sequence activity:

  • Current sequence: The sequence the participant is currently associated with
  • Action progress: How many actions have been completed out of the total
  • Sequence status: Whether the participant is active, completed, or exited
  • Engagement metrics: Email opens, replies, and other engagement data

Relevant Fields on Lead/Contact Records

Leads and Contacts maintain a record of their sequence activity. This tracking is important for understanding their behavior as participants and for extracting valuable insights regarding their performance.
