Search and View Participants
The Engage view provides powerful search and filtering capabilities to help you find and view participants quickly and efficiently.
Global Search Bar
The Engage view includes a Global Search Bar that provides real-time search results as you type. This allows you to quickly find participants by:
- Participant name
- Company name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Sequence name
- Action name
- Other searchable fields
The search is performed across all visible columns and provides instant results as you type.
Filtering Participants
You can filter participants in several ways:
Quick Filters
Quick Filters are displayed above the list of Actions and next to the Global Search. These can be configured by clicking Settings on Engage and allow you to quickly filter by:
- Action type (Call, Email, SMS, Task)
- Sequence
- Status
- Other commonly used filters
Header Filters
Header Filters are visible in the table header for quick adjustments. Click on any column header to access filtering options for that specific column.
This feature is disabled by default, but can be enabled in your Engage Settings panel.
Settings Panel Filters
The Settings Panel provides access to advanced filtering options, including:
- User Group Filtering: Filter participant actions by a specific group of users
- Custom filters based on any field in the table
- Saved filter sets for quick access
Viewing Participant Details
When viewing participants on the Engage view, you can:
- Click on a participant row to view detailed information in the participant drawer
- See the progress of actions for each participant
- Access action menus for each participant action
- View all actions associated with a participant
