Sort columns on Engage

Sort the Engage list by any supported column to scan and prioritize actions.

What it does

Users can click supported column headers in Engage to sort records in ascending or descending order. This helps teams quickly surface the most relevant prospects based on the field they care about (for example, name, owner, or due today).
