Grant Guided Selling Access to a User

Grant a user access to Guided Selling by assigning a license in the Admin Console and the right permission sets in Salesforce. You will:

  1. Assign a Guided Selling license in the Revenue.io Admin Console.
  2. Grant Guided Selling permission sets in Salesforce.

Granting access

Assign a Guided Selling License in the Admin Console

  1. Log in to the Revenue.io Admin Console.
  2. Select Users in the left navigation.
  3. Select the user who needs access.
  4. In Licenses, toggle Guided Selling to On.
  5. Select Save (top right).

Grant permission sets (Salesforce)

  1. In Salesforce, open Guided Selling Settings.
  2. Select Users.
  3. Select Grant All Permissions (top right).

When you select Grant All Permissions, Salesforce assigns the Guided Selling Standard Object Permission Set and Sequence Agent Permission Set to all Guided Selling users. The Sequence Admin and Guided Selling Delegation permission sets must be added manually.
