Set Batch Owner

Role:
Salesforce Administrator

Set the Batch Owner to designate which user runs Guided Selling’s automated batch processes. The Batch Owner is the user account that executes these processes. These batch jobs might update sequence actions, update participant statuses, manage sequence enrollments, and perform other critical background operations that ensure Guided Selling runs smoothly.

When Guided Selling executes batch operations (such as processing scheduled actions or automated participant enrollment), these processes run under the Batch Owner’s user context. The Batch Owner must have appropriate permissions to execute Apex batch jobs and full access to all Guided Selling objects and fields.
