The Recipients for Errors setting allows you to configure which users or email addresses receive error notifications when Guided Selling encounters issues.
Configuring error recipients
- Navigate to
Guided Selling Settings - Go to
Custom Settings - Find
Recipients for Errors - Enter email addresses or select users
- Save the configuration
Error notification types
Error recipients may receive notifications for:
- Batch job failures
- Trigger errors
- API errors
- Processing failures
- Other system errors
