View additional participant detail on Engage

For customers that have installed version 9.0 of Guided Selling or later, users can view additional key information directly on Engage. Instead of opening up multiple tabs to view additional information about the sequence that a participant is in.

To do so, a user can simply hover over an select an action. On selection of the action, a panel will be visible to the user to be able to view Sequence statistics for the sequence they are enrolled in addition to previous actions which include relevant outcomes, and upcoming actions.

Users can also control the presentation of the panel and designate the behavior on Engage to open the panel on selection of an action at the left, right, top, or bottom of Engage based on an individual user’s preference.
