Within the Guided Selling Managed Package version 9.0+, users are provided extensible configuration options to ensure they have the right information when working down Engage. This includes applying advanced filters to Engage, controlling what columns are visible, adding quick filters to the Engage layout, and controlling the filters, footer, and pagination on the page.
The result is a personalized experience that helps reps move quickly down Engage, save time when performing each action, and get additional information to better serve the needs of those that they are interacting with.

To configure Engage, users simply can select the “Settings” button to see all available options
Adding Filters
When the settings panel is open, users can view an “additional filters” block, these filters allow users to control the results that they can see on Engage. The available filters are:
- Action - Allows users the ability to filter Engage to view only calls, SMS messages, emails, or tasks
- Participant - Filtering of Engage to find actions specific to a particular lead or contact.

When a filter is applied, users will see Engage automatically refresh based on their additional filter selection.
