Completing Sequence Actions in Bulk on Engage

As agents work from the Today view, there may be a list of actions that require no further action or need to be skipped. Checkboxes on the left of each to enable users to complete any one of three actions:

• Send manual emails leveraging existing template information
• Mark tasks as complete
• Skip actions
