Overview

The Sequence Module enables users to utilize the following features from within the Contact/Lead page:

  • Add leads or contacts to a Manual Sequence
  • Identify which Sequence record is participating in
  • Remove leads or contacts from Sequence
  • View scheduled Sequence tasks
    • Skip tasks
    • See completed task outcomes
    • View additional information about tasks
