Creating and Managing Sequence Actions

Sequence Actions is the library of available interactions across calls, SMS, emails, and tasks that admins can define with best practices. These are re-usable tools that can be used within multiple sequences and associated with their participants. By creating a flexible structure of best practice actions, admins can report on the efficacy of individual actions within the Guided Selling package.
