As a manager, you can view team activity to monitor how your team is using Guided Selling and track their progress with sequence actions.
Viewing Team Activity
Access Engage View
- Navigate to Guided Selling
- Click on the Engage tab
- Use filters to view team-specific actions
Filter by User Group
- Click the Settings button
- Configure User Group Filtering
- Select your team members
- Optionally pin this as your default view
Team Activity Metrics
You can monitor:
- Action completion rates: How many actions your team completes
- Action types: Distribution of calls, emails, SMS, tasks
- Engagement levels: Participant engagement with sequences
- Performance trends: How team performance changes over time
Engage Insights
Use the Show Insights button to see analytics:
- Team-wide metrics
- Action type breakdowns
- Completion rates
- Engagement statistics
