View Team Activity

As a manager, you can view team activity to monitor how your team is using Guided Selling and track their progress with sequence actions.

Viewing Team Activity

Access Engage View

  1. Navigate to Guided Selling
  2. Click on the Engage tab
  3. Use filters to view team-specific actions

Filter by User Group

  1. Click the Settings button
  2. Configure User Group Filtering
  3. Select your team members
  4. Optionally pin this as your default view

Team Activity Metrics

You can monitor:

  • Action completion rates: How many actions your team completes
  • Action types: Distribution of calls, emails, SMS, tasks
  • Engagement levels: Participant engagement with sequences
  • Performance trends: How team performance changes over time

Engage Insights

Use the Show Insights button to see analytics:

  • Team-wide metrics
  • Action type breakdowns
  • Completion rates
  • Engagement statistics
