Monitor Sequence Performance

Monitoring sequence performance helps you understand how well your sequences are working and identify opportunities for optimization.

Sequence Metrics

On sequence detail pages, you’ll find metric cards showing:

  • Exited Participants: Number of participants who have exited
  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted
  • Active Participants: Current active participants
  • Average Touchpoints: Average actions completed per participant

Viewing Sequence Performance

Access Sequence Details

  1. Navigate to the Sequence tab in Guided Selling
  2. Click on a sequence name to view details
  3. Review the metric cards at the top of the page

Analyze Performance

  1. Review each metric to understand sequence health
  2. Compare metrics across different sequences
  3. Identify sequences that may need optimization
  4. Track metrics over time to see trends

Performance Indicators

Key indicators to monitor:

  • Conversion rates: Which sequences convert best
  • Completion rates: How many actions get completed
  • Exit reasons: Why participants leave sequences
  • Engagement levels: How participants interact with sequences

Using Reports

Create Salesforce reports to:
