Connect your Email

To send emails through Guided Selling, you need to connect your email account. This enables Guided Selling to send emails on your behalf and track email engagement.

Connecting Your Email

Access Email Settings

  1. Navigate to Guided Selling Settings
  2. Go to the Users page
  3. Find your user in the list

Connect Email

  1. Check your email integration status
  2. If not connected, follow the prompts to connect your email
  3. Authorize Guided Selling to access your email account
  4. Verify the connection status shows “Connected”

Email Integration Status

The Users page shows email integration status:

  • Connected: Your email is integrated and ready to use
  • Not Connected: You need to connect your email account

Email Requirements

For email actions to work:

  • Your email account must be connected
  • You must have appropriate email permissions
  • Your email service must be configured in Guided Selling

Best Practices

  • Connect your email as soon as you get access
  • Verify connection status regularly
  • Contact your administrator if you have connection issues
  • Test email sending after connecting
