Access Guided Selling

Guided Selling is accessed directly within Salesforce. Once you have been granted access and assigned the appropriate permission sets, you can access Guided Selling features.

Accessing Guided Selling

Navigate to Guided Selling

  1. Log into Salesforce
  2. Look for the Guided Selling app or tab in your navigation
  3. Click to open Guided Selling

Access Engage View

  1. Once in Guided Selling, you’ll see the Engage tab
  2. Click Engage to view your actions for today
  3. The Engage view shows all participant actions scheduled for completion

Guided Selling Components

As an agent, you’ll primarily work with:

  • Engage View: Your daily action list where you complete sequence actions
  • Participants Tab: View and manage participants across sequences
  • Participant Overview Module: Component on Lead/Contact records showing sequence information

Getting Started

Once you have access:

  1. Review the Engage view to see your assigned actions
  2. Complete actions as they become due
  3. Use the participant overview on records to see sequence information
  4. Reschedule actions when needed
