When Conversation AI is enabled, Revenue.io records and analyzes calls that are at least 60 seconds in length made through the RingDNA Dialer, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams video meetings. Managers and teams can search for calls, review insights like conversation etiquette and talk metrics, and jump directly to detected keywords.
