Language Support in Conversation AI and Moments™
Revenue generates localized outputs across all Conversation Intelligence experiences. When a user’s Transcription Language is configured, all outputs (including Conversation Summaries, Follow-Up Emails, Transcripts, and Moments™ Notifications) are generated in that selected language.
This ensures a native-language experience across transcripts, coaching, and Salesforce logging.
Product Experiences
Conversation AI Transcripts
All calls are transcribed in the user’s configured Transcription Language, including:
- Call Audio (RingDNA Communications Hub)
- Microsoft Teams
- Google Meet
Zoom recordings are transcribed using the language configured in the user’s Zoom account, not in the Revenue Admin Console.
Moments™ Notifications
Moments™ Notifications only trigger when a user speaks a Phrase that matches their configured Transcription Language.
- Phrases in other languages will not trigger the Notification, even if assigned to the user.
- Each user can have only one active language at a time.
Example: A user with Transcription Language set to German will trigger Notifications that contain German phrases.
Conversation Summaries
Conversation Summaries are generated in the user’s selected Transcription Language.
- Summaries use the exact language defined in the user profile.
- They are logged to Salesforce in the same language, supporting native-language coaching and reporting.
Follow-Up Emails
Follow-Up Emails are generated in the user’s Transcription Language with fully translated structure and content.
- All sections (e.g., “Next Steps”, “Meeting Summary”) are localized to the user’s selected language.
- Emails are logged to the Follow Up Email field on the Conversation record using the same language.
Supported Languages
Revenue supports the following languages across transcription and generative outputs:
Configuring Transcription Language
- Open the Admin Console.
- Navigate to the user’s profile.
- Select the desired language from the Conversation Language dropdown.

- Click Save to apply the change.
You can also enable multi-language transcription for a single user through the user’s profile. We recommend that this setting remains off for all users that speak only one language.
