Admin User Capabilities

What is an Admin?

An Admin is a user who has administrative permissions within the Revenue.io product suite. This means they can adjust account-level settings for all users. Examples include managing account-wide settings such as Call Recording, Licensing, and various integrations.


How to Enable Admin Rights for a User

To make a user an Admin, your account must have at least one available Admin User license.

  1. Log in to the Admin Console.
  2. Go to the User Settings page.
  3. Enable the Administration license toggle for the desired user.
  4. Click Save.

Once saved, that user will gain Admin privileges across the platform.


What Permissions Do Admins Have?

Admins have access to special sections and settings within the Admin Console that regular users cannot see. Below is an overview of their capabilities:

Account Management

  • Account Settings: View and modify key account-level and user-level configurations.
  • Salesforce Settings: Manage the Salesforce integration, including custom field settings, related record lookups, and more.
  • Licensing: View license usage and assign new licenses.
  • Logs: Access audit and change logs.
  • Customer Data: Delete or manage stored call and message data if granted “Manage Customer Data” permissions.
  • Integrations: Manage integrations with Gmail, Microsoft, Zoom and more.

User and Team Administration

  • Users: Add, remove, and manage users.
  • Teams: Create, edit, and assign users to teams.
  • Profiles: Manage field visibility and configuration based on Salesforce profiles.

Reporting

Admins have access to all reports available within the Admin Console, including Dialer and performance dashboards. Supervisors who aren’t Admins see a more limited set.

Product Settings

  • RingDNA: Access and modify general communication hub settings, call flows, queues, and routing options. Manage call recording, smart numbers, blocked numbers, and holiday calendars.
  • Revenue AI: Access and manage Scorecards and configure Role and Revenue AI Suggestions.
  • Conversation AI: Access the Conversation AI platform if licensed.
  • Moments™: Manage Moments™ notifications and configurations if licensed.
  • RingDNA Live: View live team dashboards for supervised teams.
  • Calendar Booking: Access personal or team calendar booking settings if licensed.
  • Call Tracking: View and configure marketing call tracking settings.

License Management

Within each user’s settings, Admins can enable or disable product licenses such as Conversation AI, Moments™, or RingDNA for any user. Non-admin users cannot see or edit these license controls.
