Viewing logs of changes to Call Recording settings

Call Recording settings are a critical component in optimizing usage of Revenue.io’s product suite. To maintain transparency, all changes to these settings are automatically logged in the Logs tab of the Admin Console.

Account-level Changes

When changes are made to any Account-level setting in the Call Recording section, a log is created under the category Account Recording Settings.

User-level Changes

When changes are made to the Call Recording dropdown on the RingDNA Dialer Settings tab of individual user settings page, a log is created under the category User Recording Settings.

Filtering by Recording Categories

On the Logs tab, Admins can filter and search for logs using the following two new categories:

  • Account Recording Settings
  • User Recording Settings
